Firemind at the Digital Claims 2024 Insurance Event

The Insurance Network (TIN) was established in 2004, and since then, it has provided director-level executives from the UK insurance sector with a strategy and benchmarking forum to explore and discuss the strategic challenges facing their businesses and the sector as a whole. Yesterday, Firemind sponsored the TIN Digital Claims event, as well as exhibited a selection of generative AI demos, catered towards enhancing the claims process.


Yesterday marked Firemind’s second appearance at The Insurance Network’s (TIN) yearly events. For attendees, these events represents a valuable opportunity to meet their peers in an informal environment, share strategic thinking, benchmark on new ideas and stay informed of the latest issues driving change in the insurance sector.

This year’s Digital Claims event focused on how you can overcome the practical challenges of claims processing to effectively deliver claims transformation. Rapid developments in digital technologies, data analytics and automation have provided an opportunity to deliver a truly omni-channel, personalised experience for customers, freeing up claims teams to focus on solving more complex claims challenges and deliver better customer outcomes at pace.

Firemind’s stand

At our exhibition area, we demonstrated a number of demos that significantly speed-up multiple claims processes faced by Claims Handlers. From initiating the First Notice of Loss Report with text and image recognition, to quickly summarising large loss adjustment documents, we helped the attendees understand how generative AI solutions are simplifying the processes and reducing manual effort.
