What we'll cover
AWS introduction
First things first, we’ll introduce you to AWS and it’s services, providing entry, intermediate or expert level knowledge, depending on your team’s experience. We’ll cover core services, pricing guides and more.
Business goals and alignment
We’ll look at your business goals and reasons for your interest in adopting/migrating to AWS. Using this information to map out the remainder of the Immersion Day to ensure valuable and valid training.
Your data and databases
Our Database Migration Immersion Day is a customisable AWS experience delivered by our Solutions Architects and Account Managers, to help with adoption of RDS and give customers a head start with using Database Migration Services.
Hands-on labs practice
Our hands-on labs are approved by AWS, providing real life use cases to apply your learning as well as experiment in the cloud. These cover a range of topics, services and problem solving for your team.
Container services
We deep dive into running containers using Amazon EKS, Amazon Elastic Container Service (ECS) and AWS Fargate. Throughout our workshop, our container experts will host live demonstrations and hands-on labs covering what you need to know to get started.
AI/ML introduction
Finally, we offer introduction Immersion Days on AI and machine learning within the cloud. These cover services such as Amazon SageMaker and Amazon Comprehend, providing automation, cost savings opportunities and more – directly linking to your business challenges.

Depending on which Immersion Day you’re looking to book, we’ll tailor our experience to suit your needs and business goals, customising our hands-on labs to match your business challenges and possible cloud architectures. Our Immersion Days vary from 4 to 8 hours in total duration, providing breaks and a team lunch if held in person.
Virtual Immersion Days tend to be shorter as we provide the lab details and environments for your team to work on outside of the video call.
